About

My pronouns are she/her. I’m a Rustbelt native who moved throughout the country before settling in the Pioneer Valley for about a decade. I now live in the woods of NW Connecticut.

I’m also a real person! I love spending time outside, driving long distances to see friends (or find good barbecue), visiting old bookstores, and discovering new music.

I have a BA in history from the University of Virginia, an M.Ed in Social Justice Education from UMass, Amherst, and an MSW in clinical social work from the Smith College School for Social Work. I have substantial clinical experience working in intensive trauma therapy, college counseling, and school counseling. Previous to my psychotherapy career, I worked in higher education, nonprofit management, social justice consultation/facilitation, and spent almost a decade working for an independent family-run toy store.
